Inheritance Map Terms and Conditions
YOUR USE AND ACCESS TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY INHERITANCE MAP ARE MADE AVAILABLE UNDER THE CONDITION THAT YOU ACCEPT AND COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS.
UPON READING THE FOLLOWING PROVISIONS, RELEASES AND DISCLOSURES, AND FURTHER ACCESSING AND USING THE SERVICES PROVIDED BY INHERITANCE MAP, YOU AGREE THAT ACCESS AND USE BY YOU IS AS A RESULT OF YOUR ACCEPTANCE AND AGREEMENT TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS.
Parties
“You,” “User,” or any derivative thereof refers to you, a user and beneficiary of the services of Inheritance Map’s website. “You,” or “User,” is anyone that in any manner arrives, uses, accesses, browses, crawls, scrapes or in any way is virtually, digitally, visually exposed or interacts with Inheritance Map’s website. Inheritance Map is “Us,” or “We,” or any derivative thereof.
Purpose
The mission of Inheritance Map is to provide users the ability to track their personal belongings throughout their lifetime as any assets, large or small, financially or emotionally significant, are acquired. The intention for the creation of Inheritance Map is to allow users to minimize the difficulties, both emotional and logistical, that searching for inheritable assets can cause when there is a death in the family.
Inheritance Map provides users with the ability to edit and re-edit their assets so that when the inevitable arrives, that beneficiary will have an Inheritance Map that will assist them in the process of settling a person’s estate. Inheritance Map is not intended as a substitute for a Will or Trust, and is merely a complementary Estate Planning Tool that allows for proper tracking of personal assets throughout ones’ lifetime.
In order to accomplish the mission of Inheritance Map, we make our services available via our website, mobile applications thereof, and our developer platform, in order to assist you in a continuous drawing and re-drawing of your own Inheritance Map.
Terms of Service (“Terms”)
Terms control and govern your use and access to the services provided by Inheritance Map. These services include access and use to websites, SMS, APIs, correspondence also understood to mean email notifications, applications, widgets, buttons, any information, text, programming language, code, graphics, photographs or any other uploaded materials, downloads, or any material that appears on the Inheritance Map service websites, all of which is to be define as “Content.”

Use and Content
The manner in which you use the services of Inheritance Map, including any Content you upload, download, or post to the services, is your sole responsibility, and you are responsible for any and all consequences thereof.

Governing Law and Choice of Venue
The relationship between Inheritance Map and users is to be governed by the law of the State of Florida, United States, and you waive any claims in reference to conflicts of law. Venue is to be the State of Florida’s ninth judicial circuit court serving Orange and Osceola counties and you are waiving any claim due to forum inconvenience. IF YOU ARE A FOREIGN USER (NOT RESIDING IN THE UNITED STATES), YOU ARE GIVING UP THE RIGHT TO DISPUTE RESOLUTION ANYWHERE BUT IN THE STATE OF FLORIDA’S NINTH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT COURT SERVING ORANCE AND OSCEOLA COUNTIES, UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.
Privacy
The privacy of our users is very important to us. Any information you provide to Inheritance Map implies your consent for Inheritance Map to collect, store, use, process, and analyze such information or content. Inheritance Map will also require the ability to provide you with certain communications, which may include announcements, administrative messages, and periodically required verifications of your continued life, participation and involvement with Inheritance Map.

Password
It is your sole responsibility to safely guard your password that you use for the purpose of accessing the services of Inheritance Map. It is highly encouraged that you employ strong passwords. A strong password is one that combines numbers, symbols, upper and lower case letters, and is of a length above twelve (12) characters. YOU RELEASE INHERITANCE MAP FROM ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY LOSS YOU MAY EXPERIENCE AS A RESULT OF YOUR NEGLECT IN PROPERLY SAFEGUARING YOUR PASSWORD, AND/OR USING A PASSWORD NOT DEEMED STRONG.

Content
We do not monitor or control what you ad onto your Inheritance Map. We disclaim any responsibility and you release us from any responsibility for loss due to any breach that may occur on your account. YOUR USE OF INHERITANCE MAP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Your Retained Rights
You retain all authorship rights on copyrighted or copyrightable materials you include in your Inheritance Map. If you decide to close your account with Inheritance Map, all we retain is your information for statistical and business management purposes. We do not obtain any kind of license, permission, or responsibility over your content.

Safety
We do our best to secure the privacy of users. However, we cannot guarantee that your account will always and forever be sealed from any and all third parties. We encourage users to avoid using account numbers or any distinguishing details that could threaten the safety of that asset in the event your Inheritance Map information was hacked by a third party.
Term Period
This legal agreement between you and Inheritance Map may be ended at any time by either party and for any reason. However, your account’s information and content will be stored for up to two (2) years for the intended but not exclusive purpose of facilitating future estate distribution in the case of deactivation due to death.
Disclaimers and Limited Liability
“As-Is” Services
You accept all risk of use. All services are provided “As Is,” “With all faults,” and “as available,” when made available. Inheritance Map disclaims any and all warranties, condition whether implied or express on the basis of patent or latent ambiguities within this document, any warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.
NOTICE: You release Inheritance Map from any and all legal claims including invasion of privacy and any intellectual property claims.
Inheritance Map makes no warranties and disclaims all and any liability for any reliability or security of the service or content, including loss of information and any harm that may result from such loss. Inheritance Map further disclaims and makes no warranty to any technological failures and loss you may experience from such an occurrence.
Any other communication, whether oral or written, or in any other communicable format, does not create any type of modification to this agreement. This document is a fully integrated agreement and excludes any and all extraneous evidence or communications alleged to have any legal effect of the relationship between any and all users, and Inheritance Map.
Modifications
Inheritance Map services will continuously undergo change and evolution. Their nature and form may therefore be different from time to time. These changes may occur without any notice, prior or otherwise to you. In addition, we retain the right to set limits on use and storage, and such retention of right is to be exercised at our sole discretion.
NOTICE: YOU ARE ACCEPTING THE RIGHT BY INHERITANCE MAP TO MAKE UNILATERAL MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND YOU MUST DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THE MODIFICATIONS.
Entity Transfers
If Inheritance Map undergoes bankruptcy, dissolution, merger, acquisition, asset sales, your content (information in your account only) may be sold or transferred as an asset of Inheritance Map. All terms of privacy in this agreement apply and will apply to a new entity if Inheritance Map undergoes an entity transfer or reorganization.
Translation
This document may be translated into other languages. Whether or not you or Inheritance Map translates this document, the English version found on our website will control and govern our relationship.
NOTICE: THE ONLY AND EXCLUSIVE RIGHT AND REMEDY YOU HAVE IN CASE OF DISSATISFACTION WITH INHERITANCE MAP OR ANY OF ITS RELATED SERVICES OR INTERACTIONS WILL BE DEACTIVATION, TERMINATION OF USE OR ACCESS.
NOTICE: INHERITANCE MAP IS CURRENTLY NOT A COMMERCIAL SERVICE, AND YOU MAY NOT UTILIZE, USE OR APPLY INHERITANCE MAP TOWARD ANY COMMERCIAL ENDEAVOR YOU MAY HAVE. ANY MODIFICATION TO COMMERCIAL APPLICATION WILL BE MADE BY INHERITANCE MAP AND YOU WILL BE GIVEN NOTIFICATION AS PER OUR MODIFICATION PROVISION ABOVE. YOU MAY NOT MAKE COMMERCIAL USE OF INHERITANCE MAP IN ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER, WHETHER BY IMPLICATION, REFERENCE OR DIRECTLY.
NOTICE: In the future, Inheritance Map may provide an advertisement program for business that may target users based on the Content and information included on their account. However, specific information in regard to identifiable assets will not be disclosed by Inheritance Map to any advertisers.
